Since the 1.0 version of Volvo's map system was developed based on the standard AutoNavi platform, it presented several usability and visual design challenges that required resolution. These issues included outdated visual styling, excessive map information density impacting user experience, and inadequate information categorization across different zoom levels. To address these concerns, I initiated a comprehensive redesign process.

Based on the color elements from the mood board, I extracted the colors and composed a color palette. Then, by systematically analyzing all the information on the map, I categorized and prioritized it.
